cuisine, is proud to announce a grand opening located in the Los Angeles,

Beverly Hills region.This grand opening has afforded people the opportunity to experience
highly esteemed authentic French Caribbean Wes t Indian cuisine that
distinctly distinguishes Kassava from other restaurants. Your taste buds
will titillate upon tasting the traditional and rare Haitian and Jamaican
spices that essentially define Caribbean cuisine. Owner Fugees Pras
Michelle and co-owner Jean Claude LaMarre take great pride in their
restaurant and the food it serves. As such, they recruited one of their
executive chefs from the island of Haiti, and their other executive chef
from Jamaica. Refusing to use anything less than authentic imported
ingredients from their native islands, they have prepared an array of
exquisite island delicacies. Additionally, food isn’t the only thing
Kassava is known for, it’s delicious drinks that infuse tropical fruit
flavors, Sorrel and unique spices are essential in maintaining their
Caribbean-island image. Kassava further offers an outstanding dessert
menu to finish off the perfect meal.

Kassava is alive with life and the spirit of the islands. This island
vibe has been captured by the restaurant as it offers both indoor dining
and patio dining. Additionally, Kassava is so versatile that it also
offers take-out, drive-up, catering, phone orders, and delivery. The
catering menus are custom prepared upon particular requests as the chefs
specifically tailor one’s preferences and individual palate. Kassava
pays tribute to the French Caribbean West Indian culture by featuring
imported products and the musical styles given the customers a true
feeling of the Caribbean lifestyle. Upon entering the restaurant, guests
are enveloped by the bright lively island atmosphere. In the far left
hand corner of the restaurant, a flat screen television displays videos
and artist from the actual Caribbean itself. The walls are adorned with
island theme original artwork giving one the vibe and visions of being in
a local island restaurant. The bamboo umbrella tables on the outside
patio gives you an inviting island beach front allowing guests the
opportunity to taste the delicious Caribbean cuisine while enjoying the
beautiful weather of Los Angeles. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served
